CollabRoster is a platform that connects content creators for collaboration opportunities. We provide:

• Job posting and discovery features
• Interest request and approval system
• User profiles and messaging facilitation
• Sponsor advertising opportunities

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of CollabRoster, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in your profile and job posts
• Respect other users and maintain professional conduct
• Not post illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Not use the platform for spam, scams, or fraudulent activities
• Not impersonate others or create fake accounts
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you post on CollabRoster. By posting content, you grant CollabRoster a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the platform. You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you post.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously. Your email address and contact information are only shared with other users when you explicitly approve an interest request. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.

6. Platform Fees and Payments

CollabRoster is free for creators to post jobs and connect with collaborators. Sponsor advertising slots are available for purchase. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We are not responsible for any financial transactions or agreements made between users off-platform.

6.1 Sponsorship Policy

CollabRoster offers 20 sponsorship slots on a first-come, first-serve basis for both businesses and individual creators/entertainers seeking visibility. By purchasing a sponsorship slot, you agree to the following:

• Billboard Model: Sponsorships serve as promotional billboards providing impressions and visibility on our platform for creators and entertainers.
• Link Policy: Direct links to adult content websites are strictly prohibited. Social media links (X/Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) are permitted for all sponsor types.
• Sponsor Types: Sponsors self-identify as either "Brand/Business" or "Creator/Entertainer" for categorization purposes.
• Monthly Duration: Sponsorships are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time.
• Content Review: We reserve the right to review and reject sponsorship content that violates our policies or is deemed inappropriate.
• No Refunds: Sponsorship fees are non-refundable once the slot is activated.

7. Limitation of Liability

CollabRoster is a platform for connecting creators. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or outcome of any collaborations arranged through our platform. Users interact at their own risk. CollabRoster is not liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from user interactions or collaborations.

8. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms of Service or are deemed inappropriate, offensive, or harmful. We may moderate content at our discretion but are not obligated to monitor all user activity.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms of Service or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on the platform or sending an email notification. Continued use of CollabRoster after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from use of CollabRoster shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
